Face Care

Smooth and soft skin is very crucial for men and women.  Good care will keep your skin unwrinkled. Stress causes wrinkles and fine lines.  Meditation, regular exercises and healthy diet play the major role in eliminating stress and wrinkles.  Always select loose dresses and they will let your body to breathe easily.  


Water is essential to clean the system and get rid of toxins.  You are advised to drink eight glasses of water on daily basis. Stay away from alcohol, nicotine and caffeine, because they wrinkles.  In this modern and busy world, the people ignore the face care and you will see their eye bags, wrinkled face and age spots.  


Faces need care.  Regular facial exercise is beneficial for face, tightens and tones the face muscles.  The people notice good results.  Face muscles starts to loosen and weak due to a lack of exercise.  Daily exercise is advised to get rid of sagging and dropping of the face. Give life and make them fit and pretty.  


Exercises slow down the process of age spots and wrinkles. Yoga is best to perform . Yoga exercise makes your skin muscles younger and softer. You will be in a happy mood, because good energy will flow.
